1.
If you receive a notification email with the subject line 'Module closed on NewHealth', this means that your therapist has closed a module and counselling is no longer taking place within that module.
Your therapist may have posted a message in your message box explaining how to complete the module.
2.
You can recognise an unfinished module by the “Continue” button:

Once the module is completed, the module “tile” will be moved to the bottom of your personal page. The “Continue” button will change to “View”.

3.
You can still open a closed module.
Closed modules have read-only status: you can still view your assignments and registrations, but you cannot change them. You also cannot enter new content into the module.
4.
Would you still like to continue working in a closed module and be guided by your therapist/coach? Send your therapist a request via your message box. If your therapist approves this request, you will receive a notification email stating 'Module available again on NewHealth'.
