If you receive a notification email with the subject line ‘Coaching ended on NewHealth’, this means that your therapist has completed the coaching programme and guidance is no longer being provided.
Your therapist may have posted a message in your message box explaining the conclusion of the treatment programme.

You can recognise an unfinished module by the “Continue” button:
Once the module is completed, the module “tile” will be moved to the bottom of your personal page. The “Continue” button will change to “View”.
Once your coaching programme has ended, all your modules will be closed.
3.
You can still open a closed module.
Closed modules have read-only status: you can still view your assignments and registrations, but you cannot change them. You also cannot enter new content into the module.
4.
Would you like to be guided by your therapist/coach again? Send your therapist a request via your message box, stating that you would like to resume the treatment programme. If your therapist approves this request, you will receive a notification email stating 'Support resumed n NewHealth'.
You will also receive a notification email stating that a module is available again on NewHealth or that a new module is ready for you.
